Gay
Davidson, founder of The Davidson Group, began her real estate career
in 1975 as a sales representative for a residential development company.
She has personally trained and hand picked her full-time team of the best
sales experts in the area. Her firm has been servicing Southeastern Pa
for over 20 years.

Kelly Ford
When working with Kelly Ford you are working with an Award Winner. Honors
include a Pinnacle Award as a 15 million dollar Sales
Manager from the Bucks/Montgomery Counties Home Builders Association.
Kelly has first-hand experience in the needs of the plus 55 Buyer. Kelly
is very sensitive and cognizant of the emotional and physical demands
of this age group. She derives great personal satisfaction from helping
her clients in all age groups.
Kelly resides in East Norriton with her husband and two sons and is
born and raised in the local Philadelphia area. Her contacts and network
of connections are limitless, including Banking and Mortgage Connections,
Contractors, Engineers. Kelly’s direct and friendly manner and honesty
guides you through the home buying process with confidence. Her creative
approach to problem solving and knowledge of the building industry and
new construction are a great asset to any client—everyone loves
Kelly! She is also extremely active in the community, Church and school
events.
Vern Kratz
Vern is a lifelong resident of the Skippack area and became an entrepreneur
at the age of twenty-one. Before joining THE DAVIDSON GROUP, Vern owned
several businesses and has been involved as an investor and owner of local
real estate and has brought his negotiating skills to the real estate
business. His perseverance, patience and superb negotiating skills are
what separate him from most other agents. He is particularly active in
the Land Development and Acquisition Department where he negotiates the
purchase of large acreage for future residential and commercial development
sites.
Vern has a 100 percent success rate in residential home sales and year
after year is a CONSISTENT MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER. The combination
of his hardwork ethic and integrity make him the kind of person you want

Hannah Phillips
Hannah, a Collegeville resident, has 22 years experience in selling new
communities and representing buyers. She achieved the 10 million dollar
status at the 15th annual Pyramid Awards. New construction is tricky,
particularly for first time buyers or for buyers who have purchased only
resales. With The Davidson Group you can have an expert on your side.
Hannah knows how to protect new construction buyers and save them money.
She’ll take you step by step through what may seem like a maze to
reach the perfect home. Hannah is a master guide. Her goals are to save
new construction buyers money and to help them choose a home that will
increase in value as well. She leads buyers to the best lots, the best
builder for their needs and knows what are the best investment in options
and upgrades. She knows the pitfalls the new construction buyers may face
and protects them. Hannah is committed 100 percent to her clients.
Hannah’s two sons and daughter-in-law are also in the real estate
profession. Hannah and her husband are active in the community and Church.

Mikael Nordstrom
Mikael’s charming personality and attention to customer needs, thorough
knowledge of construction, attention to detail, the sales process and
ability to close the deal are what make him a Top Producer. He is a team

sales staff. He is patient, understanding and has an appealing sense of

Tawney Famous-Benner
Tawney excels with people in building lasting relationships. She’s

Beth Ann White
The Davidson Group’s newest associate, Beth Ann White, has an outstanding
background including a Wharton degree and four years with Wachovia as
a Vice President and National Financial Consultant. Not only can she assist
you with the purchase or sale of homes, she can help you secure the best
mortgage and help you with your real estate investments and financial
goals for the future. She resides in Chestnut Hill and has expanded the
company’s outreach to the Chestnut Hill and Philadelphia areas.
Joyce Becker
Say hello to a long-established area resident and resale specialist, Joyce
Becker. With over 25 year of real estate experience, she offers you in-depth
assistance based on being a Broker Associate and fully licensed Florida
Broker. As testimony to what Joyce can do for you, almost 90% of her clients
are referrals, which tells you how satisfied they become in both working
with her and by her handling of their business affairs. Word-of-mouth
customer satisfaction travels fast and often in Joyce’s real estate
circles.
Joyce was a long-term resident and native of the Lower Salford area
and lives in nearby Skippack, Pa. Her background and resume are vast:
she is an active community member; has served on the Board of Directors
of the Lower Salford Historical Society; Co-Chair for the Red Cross Blood
Mobile for two years; Co-Chair of the local American Cancer Society for
two years; and has functioned as Chairperson for various school, church
and social enterprises. She is known for her strong work ethic and dedication
, and has a way of bringing smiles to her clients.
Her children, fours daughters and two sons, are mostly local residents,
also, and are equally active in sales and/or real estate ventures. Her
son Brandon is the president of Famco, one of the largest retail real
estate brokers on the east coast. Joyce’s father, now inactive,
is the well-known and respected Robert Clemens Bucher, who was the longtime
supervisor of Lower Salford Township. A Harleysville community park is
named in his honor. Joyce’s daughter, Tawney Famous-Benner, also
works in real estate sales with The Davidson Group.
